Philippians 2:14-16
14) Do all things without grumbling or disputing.
15) that you may prove yourselves to be blameless and innocent, children of God above reproach in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you appear as light the world.
16) holding fast the word of life, so that in the day of Christ I may cause to the glory because I did not run in vain nor in toil in vain.
As Christians this seems that this would be really easy to do, but it is actually really hard to do. with everyone around us just saying whatever is on their mind as if in needs to come out of their mouth. just spitting out negativity and death spreading like a wildfire. (James 3) But the word says to do all things that means everything ... without grumbling and disputing as if you are do them unto the Lord. So, what do we do when we feel as if we are being put to the test? We pray we thank the Lord for the trials and tribulations that we are going through for through various trials we tested for our faith no matter what it may be. Some tests are harder than others but still they are still a test, nevertheless. We keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. I pray "psalms 141:3 Set a guard, O Lord over my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips." The word of God is our weapon in our war, and it is live and active, it will take down strongholds. I Thank God that I found the Mission Bible Training Center so that I could train for this battle. Thank you, Lord, for saving my life.
